Data Retention Policy
Free users: No data stored. Everything stays local on your device.
Premium users: Masked alert snippets (personal info removed) are stored for 90 days to provide history and analytics. After 90 days, automatic deletion.
Account deletion: Request deletion anytime at /data-deletion. All data permanently removed within 30 days.
Legal requirements: We comply with local data protection laws. If a longer retention period is legally required, we'll notify you.
Leaving ScamBrake
You can stop using ScamBrake anytime with zero hassle:
Uninstall the extension from your browser (right-click → Remove)
Visit /data-deletion to delete your account data (if you created an account)
Done. No calls, no emails, no fuss.
